Notes
A Floor of a dugout. Naturally eroded at either end with the mast foot on the back side of the piece preventing it from being hung flush to a wall. This is another of those pieces where the viewer, is left marvelling at what nature does without being asked. It's a figure - most of my pieces relate somehow to the human form. But I realised as I was working on it that it also suggests the earth as seem from space and that's why I called it planet figure.
